Maple Blueberry Muffins

Preheat oven to 400

3/4 cup oats
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup soy protein isolate
1/2 t salt
2 t baking powder
1 t cinnamon
1 t vanilla extract
3/4 cup maple syrup
3/4 cup almond milk
1/3 cup olive oil
1 egg
Add blueberries to desired concentration
